THE RESTAURANT ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN?
Our experience includes projects that have taken us from 2 to 6 months of dense work. Project duration will depend on specific objectives, concept idea and total area of the restaurant.
Coordination and cooperation of all participating parties (restorateur, chef, construction contractor, equipment suppliers and kitchen layout designers) is also extremely important. We provide architectural supervision of every related process on every stage of the project.
Our team coordination skills are built on many years of experience and we’re proud to meet the deadlines in complex projects.
HOW MANY SPECIALISTS
ARE INVOLVED IN THE PROJECT?
Usually 5-7 specialists are participating in the project. They are architects, designers, 3D visualizers and the project manager always keeping in touch with the customer.
Such an approach helps us to enrich the design process with the diversity of ideas and means of implementation.
We’ve been working together as a team for more than 10 years already. Our workflow is based on cooperation of team players with specialized fields of expertise. Usually the team is simultaneously running several parts of the project, that’s why we work fast and meet the deadlines.

Before we get to work, we do the joint study of Guest Journey.
Our methodology of Guest Journey allows us to deep-dive into the future guest experience together with the restaurateur. We model the guest feelings and impressions that arise while interacting with the restaurant interior and layout.
In the process of Guest Journey study, we define key semantics of the future design and the smallest details of the guest service. It helps us to elaborate very precise design projects taking into consideration all the nuances from ventilation system to personnel and average bill management.
